    Scenario FAQ

Can we use our own paint?  NO. At all of our scenario events we require that you shoot event paint only.  This is a requirement due to the extra costs associated with a scenario event.  It also allows us to award a better prize package at the end of the event.

Do we get breaks?  While there are no scheduled breaks during our one day events, you may take a break anytime you would like.  That is the nice thing about a scenario game.  You should not feel as if you are missing something if you are not on the field all of the time.  You also don't have to wait for anybody else to be ready to play when you decide it's time to play.  Insertions happen every 20 minutes so in theory the longest you would be without playing paintball would be 15 minutes.  You also could choose to not play for an hour and instead have some lunch or a drink.  It's up to you to determine how much playing time you really want.

Are rentals available?  Yes we always have rental equipment available during a scenario event.  The cost of rental equipment is our standard $15.  This includes, marker, mask, 2 pouch pod belt and pods.  This does not include all event air however.

Air included in rental?  All event air is an item that is not included in either the admission or rental price at a scenario event.  This is an additional item that if you rent equipment you would have to purchase.

Is camping allowed the night before?  At this time we are not recommending that you camp the night before the event.  If you would like to camp please contact rick@1pb.com to discuss this option.  We do not have a staff member scheduled to be onsite the night before so there are issues of safety we have to consider.

The website says the scenario starts at 9am, should I arrive earlier? If so, how much earlier?  While the actual game play is scheduled to start at 9am the orientation will be at 8am.  I would recommend you arrive at least an hour ahead of the scheduled orientation time to allow you to get all your gear ready to play and make sure you are chronographed.

Do you take checks? Credit cards?  It is the policy of #1 Paintball to only accept cash, Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover.  We do not accept checks at any of our facilities.  You can use your check card as long as it has a Visa or Master Card logo on it.  We do not do debit transactions that allow for cash back.

What about bad weather? Do you issue rain checks or play in the rain?  The game will play as long as it is safe for us to play.  We cannot allow players on the field during periods of thunder or lightning.  We will play during rain unless it becomes unsafe for the players.  The decision to issue a rain check will be up to the onsite management team at the event.

If I am a regular player at your parks do I need to fill out a waiver for the event?  No. As long as we have a current year waiver on file for you that is all that is required.  Our waivers are good from March 1 to Feb 28.

What do I need to bring to check in if I pre-registered?  Your registration packet will be waiting for you when you arrive.  You will then need to purchase paint and air for the event, unless you have pre-purchased it with your registration.

What is there to eat? Can we bring our own food and drink?  We will have our normal snacks and drinks at all scenario events. We also sell pizza and a drink combo. The pizza sales normally start around 11am and continue throughout the day. You may bring any food and drink you want with the exception of alcoholic beverages. We request that if you are using a BBQ grill that you take extreme care with where you are placing it and the hot coals afterwards.
